Employee Self-Service is an online solution through which employees can be directly involved in various HR processes. This way, each employee can fill in personal data regarding annual leaves, evaluations, training plans so that the HR Department can be relieved from these time-consuming tasks.

  • The company’s employees can access public information that is made available by the HR department, and have access to a series of activities;
  • Notifications regarding company news – planning of team buildings, training or recruitment sessions, new recruits, ‘Employees of the month’ announcements;
  • Initiation of various flows that use a series of forms defined within the company – banking statements, leaves, evaluations;
  • Simulation of salary calculations from gross to net and from net to gross, including employer’s and employee’s taxes;
  • Access to strictly personal information – leaves balance, pay slips, timesheet, evaluation results, data regarding contract agreements;
  • Revision of personal data – address, personal documents, marital status;
  • Filling of auto-evaluation forms by offering ratings for each activity, target or competency;
  • Access to public information about other employees – personal pages, contact information, public messages etc.;
  • Allows the realization of the Offboarding interview, covering critical aspects such as reasons for leaving, internal or external factors and the impact of an offboarding employee on the organization;
  • Automates the process of ordering lunch for employees (catering) by centralizing all necessary information for ordering to the approved firm;
  • The solution automated the process of issuing certificates for 17 Romanian banks by retrieving employee information directly from the Human Resources and Payroll Management modules.

Manager:

  • On top of the areas that can be accessed by employees:
  • Retrieving various information about any subordinates – leaves balance, timesheets, evaluation results, training plans;
  • Approval or rejection of subordinates’ requests;
  • Filling in the evaluations, training plans or career plans development for subordinates;
  • Access to complete information regarding interviews of onboarding subordinate candidates.

Top management:

  • Besides the managers’ rights, directors have the option of accessing organizational charts and managerial statistical reports. Furthermore, they have access to a dashboard containing information regarding personnel fluctuation and employee’s expenditure by departments, branches or cost centers.

The person registering timesheets on the Web:

  • Has similar rights to the employee; in addition to them, they can register allocated employees’ timesheets.

The HR specialist:

  • The HR specialists have access to the section regarding the latest legislative amendments. The section is periodically updated, either through version upgrades or through a provided Web service.
