- The electronic signature is authorized and recognized by the state authorities;
- Digital certificates for the electronic signature are automatically archived by certSIGN and Charisma HCM.
Electronic flow of document signing:
- The candidate agrees with the proposed financial offer;
- The employer registers personal data in the Human Resources Management of Charisma HCM;
- Based on data registered in Charisma HCM, the employer generates the electronic format of the employment agreement, then the electronic singing flow is started;
- The employer is notified by e-mail and electronically signs it using the signature provided by our partner CertSign, legally recognized by state authorities;
- Each of the parts is notified when someone signs the contract, and they receive a final copy upon finalization.
