Responsibilities:

• Operation of all financial-accounting documents for the portfolio of assigned clients in the client's own or client's IT program;

• Identifying customer needs and offering solutions in accordance with accounting and fiscal rules and regulations;

• Preparation of financial statements, accounting reports and other reports (statistical, BNR, managerial), as well as tax declarations;

• Calculation of salary statements;

• Involvement in establishing and implementing financial-accounting processes and procedures both within the department and within the client company;

• Supervise and train junior colleagues.

 

The Ideal Candidate:

• Higher education graduate, major in Economics, Accounting, Statistics;

• Advanced knowledge of accounting, financial and tax legislation;

• At least 2-4 years of practical experience as an accountant, performing full accounting services (annual and semi-annual statutory financial statements);

• Advanced software skills (Microsoft Office), SAP operating knowledge would be a plus;

• Knowledge of internal control procedures;

• English language, minimum B2 level;

• Good coordination and organization skills, with a customer-oriented attitude;

• Very good communication and presentation skills;

• Attention to details and ability to handle multiple tasks.
